Storewide free shipping only applies to customers within the continental United States.
Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days. Items availability may vary and affect shipping time.
Orders may include multiple packages that may be dispatched via two or more companies and separate components may arrive separately from one another.
Small packages are sent via USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground.
Larger items are shipped via freight companies, but always delivered to your doorstep.
Orders with 20 or more solar panels are shipped directly from the factory and may take up to 45 days.
Free shipping to Hawaii applies to complete systems 5kW or more. No monitoring unit included.
Free shipping to Ontario, Canada only applies to Ontario MicroFIT solar packages. No monitoring unit included.

FINANCING

Financing is not available for all systems.
Free shipping does not apply to financed orders.

CLAIMS

All shipments are insured against damage or loss.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect their shipments immediately after receiving them and report any damage or shortage to the carrier and to us.
Always take pictures of any damage; it will help process the claim.

RETURNS

Please contact our customer service department to resolve any problems.
Contact to our customer service department must be done within 7 days after receiving your shipment.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
All returns MUST be approved by our customer service department and have an official Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
